Today we bought a Caddie

Anyone who knows Tim, knows the guy is an 80-year-old man, trapped in 30-something body. He owns a "salmon" colored jacket that he threatens me with whenever there's a social gathering. He listens to smooth jazz (Kenny G shit) and thoroughly enjoys the sound of it--and worships the Rat Pack, especially Sinatra. So, it probably comes as NO surprise that today, we---rather HE bought himself a fancy black Cadillac STS. Old man car indeed--and the perfect way to meet new friends at the retirement home, we plan to live in. Actually, we are moving to a pretty incredible place literally located on Ocean Blvd.

Here's a picture of the pool:

Visitors WELCOME!!!! Please come whenever!! I'm gonna miss my Chi-town peeps!!!!

Welcome!!!

The Blasborough family is heading off to the south. Tim's purchased his salmon speedos, Corey's been working on her tan, and Frankie is trying real hard to shed extra fur in an effort to deal better with the heat and humidity of the south!!!

It took us about a year and a half to finally get this to this point, but we couldn't be happier. Corey went down there last week to look a place--and found many!!! However, unlike Chicago, it's quite the process to get sign off from the owner of these condos. So right now, we are officially homeless--but we're still heading down there-truck and all. I'll make sure to update you once we finally land a place. Apparently, Ft. Lauderdale is very racist against large breed dogs! To us, Frankie is small!!! Lap dogs aren't real dogs?!!!!!

Anywho, the purpose of this blog is to share mostly our funny experiences and sights we encounter on the beaches of Ft. Lauderdale. I promise to update this as much as possible.

We're gonna miss Chicago so very much. It's been good to us--Corey for over a decade and Tim his whole life. But this journey should be fun and exciting! And visitors and welcomed!!!!!

Love to you all! ANd thanks for tuning in!
